The "Synduality Project TGS Special Stage" at Tokyo Game Show announced that Synduality: Noir anime will continue with a second cour.
The anime, which began airing on July 10, is exclusively available for streaming on Disney+ worldwide as it airs in Japan.
Set 20 years after the game's timeline, the anime features a cast that includes Takeo Ōtsuka, Aoi Koga, Nagisa Aoyama, and more. The creative team behind the series involves director Yūsuke Yamamoto and original story concept by Hajime Kamoshida.
The anime's opening theme, "Raytracer," is performed by STEREO DIVE FOUNDATION, while ARCANA PROJECT handles the ending theme, "Eureka."
The franchise's game, Synduality: Echo of Ada, is a third-person shooter releasing this year for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X|S, and PC via Steam. The game is set in the year 2222, featuring a post-apocalyptic world, AI named Magus, and a story of humans and AI searching for their truths.
Additionally, Synduality has expanded with a manga spinoff, Synduality: Ellie, and a novelization titled Synduality: Kaleido.
